David Ruble Biography: Cyber Shield Inventor

About the inventor of Cyber Shield: David Ruble is a lifelong learner with a diverse academic background. He earned his degree from the University of Phoenix, where he accumulated six honors, including making the Dean's List and being recognized by the National Society of Leadership and Success, Epsilon Pi Tau Honor Society, and Golden Key International Honor Society. David has extensive experience in I.T. (Information Technology), notably managing nationwide operations for Desktop, Laptop, and Workstation repairs for John Deere as a "Gold Level" HP partner, and later overseeing worldwide operations as a server administrator.

After years as a software developer and involvement in the FPV (first-person view) drone industry, David embarked on research related to what the government refers to as Havana Syndrome, commonly associated with directed energy attacks, a term popularized by Dr. Michael Ellis Hoffer. David has cultivated relationships with key officials in the Defense Department, including Dr. James Giordano, regarding his Havana Syndrome research. Dr. Giordano even offered David the opportunity to engage him as an SME (subject-matter expert). In 2021, David released his Cyber Shield computer device to a wide array of beta testers.

The Cyber Shield equipment has seen successful deployments at various U.S. Army bases within secure facilities, as well as in countries like the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Germany, India, England, Italy, and China.

Among the clients utilizing Cyber Shield are many doctors specializing in neuroscience and psychology, as well as professionals from fields such as social work, technology, military, law enforcement, and the judicial system. Studies have been carried out by experts, including the late Dr. Robert Duncan, PhD and author, a Harvard graduate who previously contributed to comparable projects for the CIA.
